Build a custom intake per session type. Clients complete it before your first session — their goals, history, boundaries, anything you need. Responses are private and linked to the booking record.

Pre-session prep notes
Write preparation notes for each session type — how to set up their space, what to expect, how to arrive. Clients receive them automatically in advance and can access them from their booking page.
Clients arrive already settled, so the first ten minutes belong to the work.
Private, unrecorded live sessions
Live sessions run on Daily.co with recording disabled at the infrastructure level, so Oumré holds no recording of any session. What happens in the session stays in the session.
Clients see this when they book. It matters for how far they are willing to go, and for your own professional security.
Post-session practitioner notes
After each session, add your own private clinical notes — never visible to clients or Oumré. Optionally write a separate integration note to share with the client, delivered directly to their journey record. Share resources from your content library with individual clients as follow-up.
Keeping the two notes apart means your private record can stay candid, written for you rather than for an audience.
Client post-session check-in
Clients complete a structured check-in after each session: what came up, what they are carrying forward, optional feedback for you. Their private reflections build into a personal journey record over time. You receive the feedback anonymised, and anything a client wants the Oumré team to know comes to us directly.

Credentialing that means something
A curator reads your application and the documents behind it: certificates, training records, how you describe your practice. Where a tradition trains without issuing certificates, the review centres on the practice itself, lineage and named teacher included. Either way, the check is signed, dated, and kept on your record, and your badge reflects a person having read it, not a form having been filled in.
