After each session, add your own private clinical notes — never visible to clients or Oumré. Optionally write a separate integration note to share with the client, delivered directly to their journey record. Share resources from your content library with individual clients as follow-up.
The split-note architecture means you can be fully honest in your private notes without filtering for a shared audience.
Client post-session check-in
Clients complete a structured check-in after each session — what came up, what they're carrying forward, optional feedback for you. Their private reflections accumulate in a personal journey record over time. You receive anonymised feedback. Safeguarding flags go directly to the Oumré team.
