18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

Wassl OÜ (trading as Oumré, “Oumré”, “we”, “us”) is the operator of the platform accessible at oumre.com. This statement is made pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Applicability
18 U.S.C. § 2257 applies to content depicting actual sexual conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A). All practitioners who produce or appear in content that may be subject to § 2257 requirements are required by Oumré to be 18 years of age or older, and records verifying their age and identity are maintained in accordance with applicable law.
Record-keeping
Oumré requires all practitioners to complete identity and age verification before their account is approved and before any content subject to § 2257 record-keeping requirements is published. Records are maintained at the following location and are available for inspection during regular business hours:

Exemption and primary producer status
With respect to content uploaded to the Oumré platform by independent practitioners (third-party content producers), Oumré operates as a secondary producer as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2). The practitioners who create and upload content are primary producers and bear the primary obligation to maintain § 2257 records for content they produce.
Oumré maintains copies of all required records received from primary producers and makes them available for inspection as required by law.
Live session content
Live sessions on the Oumré platform are not recorded. Recording is disabled at the infrastructure level for all sessions. Accordingly, no stored audiovisual depictions of actual sexual conduct are generated by live sessions on this platform.
